1. EZPIN 8-digit order number and order date

2. A description of the issue you’re encountering with the code or card

3. The gift card codes you have received (in written form) for verification

4. The URL link originally sent with your order

5. A screenshot showing the following information: the error message, the website or URL where you are trying to  redeem the code, and the code you are attempting to redeem.
