What to do when the Two-Step Verification App is lost?
- Login into your EZ PIN account using your username and password: https://panel.ezpaypin.com/login
- Since you do not have your verification code, click on “Lost 2-Step Verification Code?” tab.
- Enter your email address and phone number.
- Enter the code to disable the Two Factor Verification
- You will receive the verification code in your email address, so do not need to use the 2-Factor application
